Normally 25–40 days after receiving your deposit. The exact time depends on order quantity.
Yes, samples are available. Sample cost and freight will be at buyer’s expense.
Quality is built in — not inspected in. Every system leaves our line after a strict production and quality control process, and we hold complete international certifications for global market access (CE, UN38.3, MSDS, IEC and more, depending on the model and destination market).
